The city of Puerto Madryn is located in the northeastern region of the province of Chubut. It is, nowadays, one of the most important cities of the Patagonia, with a wonderful Costanera Avenue, the Almirante Brown Boulevard, the most residential zone where the houses have a spectacular view of the sea, in that huge natural amphitheater which is the Golfo Nuevo (New Gulf). Puerto Madryn is the city of the whales, the seals wolf and elephants, the penguins, the killer whales… We have combined a 6 day itinerary that combines culture and customs of the most beautiful cities of the South of Argentina.
Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Puerto Madryn (-/-/-)
Arrival at Puerto Madryn’s airport. Assistance on arrival by one of our representatives, who will take you to Territorio Hotel. Our representatives will help you with the check-in procedures.

Day 2: Puerto Madryn (B/-/-)
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will depart to Península de Valdés.
The tour begins with a city tour around the Valdes Peninsula, declared World Wild Heritage by UNESCO.
Before we enter to the Ameghino Isthmus, that narrow natural bridge which connects the peninsula with the continent, we stop at El Desempeño, doorway to the natural reserve.
As we cross the isthmus we pass the panoramic view point where in its narrowest part we can observe, simultaneously, the two gulfs that surround Peninsula Valdes: Nuevo and San José Gulfs.
Few kilometers later, we stop at the Visitor Center, which gives you a glimpse of the most important natural history aspects of the peninsula.
Then, we visit Puerto Pirámides, a picturesque village, where you can enjoy the beach, get on a motor boat for whale watching (june to december), see cormorant colonies, sea lions, dolphins, and snorkeling.
We will continue our journey on a gravel road to Caleta Valdes and, according to the season, we will visit either Punta Norte or Punta Delgada. There we can observe, seasonally, elephant seals, sea lions and a small penguin colony. We also stop at the sheep-ranch Estancia La Elvira, to taste their delicious lamb. Occasionally, it is possible to watch killer whales and dolphins. In the terrestrial round, you might see guanacos, rheas, maras, armadillos, tinamous...

Day 3: Puerto Madryn – Punta Delgada (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel. At the set time, you will be taken to the Estancia Faro Punta Delgada.
On the beach, the sea moistens the environment and the sound travels in the air. Energetic tides piling up against the coast to form cliffs and caves blend into the magnificent scenery. In this magnificent place the Estancia Faro Punta Delgada is located; originally it was the Correo Argentino main office and the Argentine Navy’s casino
Today, it is an exclusive and romantic estancia, where you can enjoy all the comfort in a naturally wild environment. The hotel boasts 27 warmly decorated rooms, a pub, a restaurant and a boutique. After enjoying a delicious breakfast, you will have some free time to enjoy the activities at the Estancia, such as: watching elephant seals, horseback riding, trekking, bike riding, 4x4 trips, among others; while enjoying a moment of peace and tranquility in a natural and typically argentine ambience.

Day 5: Punta Delgada (B/L/D)
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, you will have some free time to enjoy the activities at the Estancia

Breakfast at the Estancia. At the set time you will be transferred to the Airport to take a flight to return home.
