Estancias
An estancia is a big establishment that was once, or still is, destined to the breeding of sheep and cattle. Generally they are plot of land with big extensions of land that have a big house, from back several centuries, silos, stables and wineries, among others. Nowadays you can visit these big estancias to know the customs and lifestyle of the gaucho, a peasant characteristic of Argentina. There you can do some activities such as walks, hayrides or sulkys, horseback riding and spend a nice evenings next to the fire.

Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Buenos Aires (-/-/-)
Arrival at the International Airport. Assistance on arrival by one of our representatives, who will take you to Madero hotel. Our representatives will help you with the check-in procedures.
This hotel is located in Puerto Madero East, the area of most modern architecture in Buenos Aires. It’s situated in a privileged zone for business people, near the financial centre and the main touristic attractions as theatres, parks, the historic city centre and the fascinating ecologic reserve Costanera Sur. Day 2: Buenos Aires (B/-/-)
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will depart on a tour around Buenos Aires city. The tour includes the Metropolitan Cathedral, Government House and the area of Plaza de Mayo. You will be at the heart of the Tango activity where this sensuous dance is performed in the street for passersby to enjoy in the traditional neighborhood of San Telmo, where this typical dance dwells. Then you will visit La Boca and stop at this colorful suburb of the city adopted years ago as his home by the first Italian immigrants. Today is home for important artists. Then, a visit to Palermo is scheduled, a residential neighborhood with parks and elegant buildings. Finally, you will visit the sophisticated Recoleta, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in which among other attractions, you can take a look at the famous cemetery alongside fine restaurants and cafés.
At sunset, you will go to a Dinner Tango Show at Esquina Carlos Gardel in the VIP area, to enjoy the glamour, beauty and sophistication of the best music in Argentina. The tango comes back from the myth to become into an intense reality, through a different live show, in which the bodies let themselves be guided, as in a trance, by what the bandoneon dictates and burst into an endless ecstasy of pleasure. Day 3: Buenos Aires – San Antonio de Areco (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel. At the set time, you will be taken typical Argentine Estancia, El Ombú, located within the province of Buenos Aires, in San Antonio de Areco. Assistance on arrival by one of our representatives, who will help you with the check-in procedures.
The historical Estancia El Ombú de Areco is located at only 120 km away from Bueno Aires, in San Antonio de Areco, birthplace of the gaucho tradition. Centenarians oaks, pine, palm, eucalyptus, casuarina trees and magnolias, adorn the 4-hectare park that invite to be discovered, enjoying the aromas of jasmine, roses and limes After a break, you will have some free time to enjoy the activities proposed by the Estancia, such as: horseback riding, trekking, sulky rides, horses and riders shows, folk shows, among others; while enjoying a moment of peace and tranquility in a natural and typically argentine ambience. Day 4: San Antonio de Areco (B/L/D)
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, you will have some free time to enjoy the activities at the Estancia Estancia accommodation.
Day 5: San Antonio de Areco – Buenos Aires (B/-/-)
Breakfast at the estancia. At the set time, transfer to Buenos Aires. Assistance on arrival by one of our representatives, who will take you to Madero hotel. Our representatives will help you with the check-in procedures. Hotel accommodation.
Day 6: Buenos Aires- … (B/-/-)
Breakfast at the hotel. At the set time you will be transferred to the Airport to take a flight to return home.
