San Carlos de Bariloche, lying on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi and surrounded by mountains and forests, is one of the most attractive cities of Argentina. In the summer, trout and salmonidae fly-fishing and sports recreation (especially hiking, river rafting and walks around ancient forests, as well as climbing most of the peaks surrounding the city) are some of the activities enjoyed by visitors to this great city.During the winter, the first snowfalls announce the beginning of the ski season and the practice of winter sports at mythical Mount Catedral, considered one of the most important ski resorts in the country.
Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Bariloche
Arriving in San Carlos de Bariloche. you will be received with full assistance which will be provided by one of our representatives, who will take you to the chosen hotel. The representatives will help with check-in procedures and provide you with a detailed itinerary of all the services included in your trip.
Hotel Accomodation.
Day 2: Bariloche
Breakfast will be served at the hotel and later, you will discover the picturesque town of Bariloche and surroundings doing the "Circuito Chico" tour which starts at noon along Lake Nahuel Huapi all the way up to Playa Bonita, where the Huemul Island can be seen. Later you will arrive at the foothill of Cerro Campanario. 1050 mts Continuing on the same path that crosses the Angostura river which links the Nahuel Huapi’s lake Moreno, to end up in a natural balcony with spectacular views. Then around El Trebol lagoon you will be back heading to the city. Time for lunch (cost not included) In the afternoon, you are invited to go on a tour to Cerro Catedral, which derives its name from the similarity of its towers to a gothic cathedral. In winter (July and August in southern hemisphere) it is a famous international center for sports and snow skiing skills competition. The road takes Av Bustillo and goes through a major center for Salmonicultura. We then visit the town Villa Catedral located at the foothill. There you can find several means of transportation leading to different ski platforms . The descent may be done by different ski slopes, cable car or lift.

Day 3: Bariloche
Breakfast will be served at the hotel and later we suggest You to take the Tronador Hill tour . We depart from Bariloche taking Onelli street up to national Route 258. Then we surround part of the Gutiérrez Lake and Mascardi Lake coast. After crossing the bridge over the Manso River, we reach Pampa Linda, good place for lunch. Almost at the end of the journey, going through a Coihues and Lengas forest, we can see the Manso Glacier, also known as Ventisquero Negro. A little further on, at the foothill of Tronador Peak, we reach the end of our journey. The 3 peaks enclosing Tronador Hill are the Argentino, the International and the Chileno peaks. OPTIONAL Tour, not included on the price.

Day 4: Bariloche
Breakfast will be served in in the hotel, then you will be transfered to the airport to take a flight to return home.
