Depart early from Quito to navigate up to 19 miles (30 kilometers) of the best white water west of the Andes. Depending on water levels, the rafting adventure will take between 3 to 4 hours. The Toachi Gorge is one of Ecuador's most famous runs, with uninterrupted action including the famous and technical Sapo Rapid. The gorge is a beautiful contrast of the white water and the lush greenery of the jungle. Enjoy lunch on the riverbank at the end of your adventure. Return to Quito by late afternoon by private transportation.
